Get ready for your high school fall season with Vermont FHC’s elite summer training series! This program will be hosted at the University of Vermont, with all sessions taking place on Moulton Winder Field. We’ve designed this program to focus on strength, agility, speed, and technical skill development. Training takes place every Tuesday/Thursday in July from 5pm - 7pm.

Each 2-hour session is divided between strength and conditioning training and field hockey skill work. The first hour (5pm - 6pm) will be led by Peri Brooks - Randall, one of UVM’s athletic performance coaches. Peri currently trains the University of Vermont’s women's soccer, women's swim and dive, track and field, and women's ice hockey team. This hour is open to all female athletes, regardless of their primary sport.

The second hour (6pm - 7pm) is an optional add-on that focuses on field hockey skill development. It will be led by the University of Vermont Field Hockey staff and players and is designed to sharpen both fundamental and advanced skills in preparation for the high school season. Please make sure you register for the correct 2 hour session based on if you are a goal keeper or field player.

This strength and conditioning program welcomes athletes of all experience levels entering grades 9 - 12. We believe it’s an excellent opportunity for motivated athletes to elevate their game, train in a collegiate environment, and prepare physically for their upcoming season.

The cost to attend only the first hour of agility, speed, and power training with Peri Brooks-Randall is $175 + League Apps Fee. The cost to attend the full two hour session, which includes field hockey technical skill development is $350 + League Apps Fee.
